The WideCore Operational Mandate
By accessing the WideCore Space ecosystem, you are entering a high-performance digital environment governed by precision and mutual transparency. These terms outline the technical and legal boundaries of our gaming applications and services.
Service Eligibility
Access is granted to individuals who meet the local age requirements for mobile applications (typically 16+ in the EU). Users are responsible for maintaining device compatibility and ensuring stable network connectivity from their respective regions.
License Scope
WideCore Space provides a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize our software. Any attempt at reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, or modifying the application binaries constitutes a terminal breach of this agreement.
Integrity Standards
Fair play is non-negotiable. Use of third-party automation tools, latency-manipulation software, or exploitation of identified bugs for competitive advantage will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
"We provide the tools; you provide the skill. We protect the integrity of the ecosystem, while you agree to use our applications as intended without compromising the experience of others or the security of our infrastructure."
Operational Transparency
Our Berlin-based headquarters monitors global server health to ensure compliance with German data standards and performance benchmarks.
Performance & Liability
WideCore Space aims for 99.9% uptime, yet we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Performance fluctuations caused by local ISP throttling in rural Germany or mobile hardware thermal limitations are outside our legal responsibility.
Users acknowledge that high-fidelity gaming applications consume significant battery and data. WideCore Space is not liable for overage charges or hardware degradation resulting from prolonged intensive use.
- Update Mandate: We reserve the right to push mandatory patches to maintain security protocols.
- Data Attribution: Usage logs are processed in compliance with GDPR for the sole purpose of fraud detection.
Reality Check
-
Downside: Battery ConsumptionMitigation: Our 'Eco-Telemetry' mode reduces GPU clock speeds during non-ranked play.
-
Downside: Data UsageMitigation: Asset-streaming is optimized for 256kbps bursts to protect roaming limits.
-
Downside: App LatencyMitigation: Direct peering with major German nodes (Frankfurt) minimizes ping spikes.

Contact SupportIn Practice: A Scenario
Imagine an eSports athlete in Berlin attempting to access a high-stakes match while traveling via high-speed rail. The connection drops as the train enters a tunnel (a common regional constraint).
Under these terms, the disconnect is categorized as a local environmental factor. WideCore Space's systems record the event but do not provide compensation for lost leaderboard positions due to unstable user-side connectivity.
The athlete contacts support; our team verifies the server logs against the regional cell tower status. While the lost points remain unchanged to protect competitive integrity, we provide the performance data to the user for their ISP dispute.
Termination & Disputes
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment and structural abuse. Account termination is at the sole discretion of WideCore Space management in Berlin. Disputes are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
- Injection of custom DLLs into the game engine.
- Fraudulent chargebacks on virtual asset purchases.
- DDoS attacks targeting WideCore infrastructure.
- Harassment of support staff via official channels.
